One QR scan
Customers use one Reward's Mate QR code to identify themselves at every participating store, without downloading a separate app per business.
Reward's Mate gives shoppers one QR scan and one universal rewards balance across participating stores. Points earned at one store count towards eligible rewards you can use at another, so customers stop juggling a different loyalty program for every business they visit.
Retailers get a simple, controlled way to bring customers back. Customers get one balance that actually feels worth using.

Customers today lose points in cards and apps they will never open again. Reward's Mate is designed to remove that friction across the local businesses they actually visit.
Customers use one Reward's Mate QR code to identify themselves at every participating store, without downloading a separate app per business.
Eligible member-scanned points collect in a single universal rewards balance instead of being trapped in each store.
Eligible rewards can be used at any participating store, subject to the standard network rules and any clearly displayed conditions.
Points earned, rewards used and digital receipts are visible in one place, so customers understand what a visit was worth.
Reward's Mate is more than a points balance. Customers discover participating shops, browse grocery and services, activate offers, and help stores decide what to stock next.

Reward's Mate is being designed around one universal rewards balance across participating stores. The initial pilot will validate the checkout, earning, redemption, settlement and customer-understanding workflows for this shared model.
Rewards mechanics shown here are the planned pilot model and remain subject to final legal, commercial and program terms.
The same flow works at every participating store during the pilot, so customers only learn Reward's Mate once.
The customer signs up for a free Reward's Mate account and gets one QR code linked to their universal balance.
Staff scan the Reward's Mate QR at checkout inside Shopper's Mate, in seconds.
Eligible member-scanned sales earn points into one universal Reward's Mate balance.
Points, eligible rewards and digital receipts appear in the customer's activity view.
The customer applies an eligible reward at any participating store, within the standard network rules.
Every eligible visit updates the same universal balance. Customers can see what they have earned, used and have left, at any participating store.

Inside the Reward's Mate app

Illustrative product preview
Retailers plug into a shared network instead of running an isolated loyalty program that most customers forget about. Shopper's Mate handles the operational side at checkout.
Every participating store contributes to a network customers actually want to keep using.
The base reward is a standard structure applied the same way at every participating store, with the rules confirmed before the pilot begins.
Member scanning, points and reward application happen inside the Shopper's Mate flow. No separate loyalty terminal for staff.
Layer store-specific offers, sale listings and product polls on top of the network reward, without another tool.
Identified transactions replace anonymous receipts, so return visits and campaigns can actually be measured.
Reward rules are defined once at the program level and confirmed with participating retailers before the pilot, not left to each store to interpret.
A retailer's fee and a customer's points share one net eligible sales definition, excluding GST.
Points and the retailer's 1.25% network fee are calculated using net eligible value excluding GST.
Bonus points always land in the customer's one universal balance. Base and campaign earning stay separately traceable for funding and reporting.
Retailer-funded campaigns
Retailers can add bonus points or targeted promotional value above the standard network earn rate. The sponsoring retailer funds the incremental reward value. Additional campaign administration services may be introduced later.
Network-funded campaigns
Shopper's Mate may occasionally run approved promotions from a separate, capped marketing budget. These campaigns are tracked independently from the standard rewards pool and do not draw freely from ordinary base reward funding.
Campaigns may have start and end dates. Points already added to the customer's universal balance do not routinely expire merely because the campaign has ended.
Network settlement
When a member uses Reward's Mate points in your store, the customer pays their portion and Reward's Mate settles the approved points portion. Your store receives the full transaction value without having to chase another retailer or manage a separate rewards account.
Redemptions do not reduce your sale proceeds. The customer pays their portion and Reward's Mate settles the approved reward portion, so your store receives the full transaction value. The shared network is funded through the 1.25% fee on net eligible sales excluding GST across participating stores.
Reward's Mate connects consented customer identity with eligible activity. Retailers should receive what they need to operate their own customer relationship, not unrestricted access to activity from unrelated businesses.
A retailer can review eligible customer activity connected to that retailer, not a customer's complete history from other participating stores.
Customers should understand what information is collected, why it is used and how communication preferences can be changed.
The platform is being designed so customer profiles, campaign creation, exports and reward adjustments can be limited by staff role and permission. Granular role controls are planned beyond the initial pilot workflow.
Retailers see poll, offer and campaign outcomes at an aggregate level, not individual customer voting or offer behaviour.
Selling identifiable customer transaction data is not part of the Reward's Mate business model.
Join the Shopper's Mate retailer pilot to run checkout, member scanning, one shared network balance and controlled customer campaigns in a real operating environment.
Pilot places are limited and participation is subject to location, business fit, hardware compatibility and implementation readiness.
