    We help set up your Shopper's Mate account, product catalogue, staff access, loyalty settings, and RewardsMate connection. Pilot retailers can use a compatible existing device, or add optional hardware if needed.

    Process sales through POSmate

    Staff add products to the cart, apply discounts or offers where relevant and complete the sale while the customer pays using the retailer's existing EFTPOS or payment terminal.

    Scan the customer's RewardsMate QR code

    The customer scans their RewardsMate QR code or provides their customer details. Shopper's Mate links the transaction to the customer profile.

    Reward the customer
